Virtual DBT & Trauma Treatment In Minnesota
Specialized mental health treatment from anywhere in Minnesota
Mental Health Systems (MHS) offers Virtu-Clinic, a secure virtual treatment option that allows individuals throughout Minnesota to access specialized DBT and trauma treatment from the comfort and privacy of home.
Whether you live outside the Twin Cities, have transportation barriers, a busy schedule, mobility limitations, or simply prefer virtual care, Virtu-Clinic provides access to the same evidence-based treatment and structured support available in our physical clinics.
Our virtual programs serve adolescents, adults, and specialized populations across Minnesota.
Why choose our Virtu-Clinic?
Many people assume in-person treatment is more effective than virtual care, but our outcome data shows similar results between virtual and in-person programming.
Virtu-Clinic offers the same high-quality treatment while providing greater flexibility and accessibility.
Benefits of Virtu-Clinic include:
- Access to specialized DBT and trauma treatment from anywhere in Minnesota
- No travel time or transportation concerns
- Greater scheduling flexibility
- Access to programs that may not be available in your local community
- The ability to receive care from the privacy of your home

For many clients, virtual treatment removes barriers that might otherwise prevent them from accessing the care they need.
